Where do we deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan — all major cities and remote areas included.

How long does delivery take?

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 working days
• Other cities: 3–5 working days
• Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Shipping Charges

• Orders above PKR 2,000: FREE delivery
• Orders below PKR 2,000: Standard shipping charges apply

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes! We offer COD across Pakistan. No advance payment required. Pay when your order arrives at your door.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel in real time.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately — no questions asked.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or the original payment method.
